If you don't wash the sunscreen off, it can clog your pores, which creates a lot of acne. If you can, get a sunscreen that doesn't clog your pores. You will still need to wash it off, but it won't be as big of a concern.

What would be the point of wearing it every other day? You'll be protected half of the time, but on the other days your skin will be vulnerable.
